Can you migrate data from my current system?

If your current system is OntarioMD certified, we can import your data using the CDS-S format in under 2 hours.

What do I need to provide for the migration?

You’ll need to request an export of your data from your current software vendor in the OntarioMD CDS-S format. This file should be securely encrypted and stored by your vendor.

What if my system isn’t OntarioMD certified?

No problem. We support migrations from many other systems like Jane App, Accuro, and can review your data export options to find the best solution.

Is my data safe during the migration?

Yes. We follow strict security protocols to ensure your data remains encrypted, protected, and handled with care throughout the entire process.

How long does the migration take?

Once we receive your properly formatted export file, most migrations are completed in under 2 hours.

Will there be downtime during the migration?
