Unlimited emails per practitioner, per month • $149.95 for the first 15,000 patient records data import; $49.95 per 10,000 patient records extra (capped at $895).

Do I need to install any software?

No installation required. GoodX is a web-based platform so your team can access it from anywhere with an internet connection. Just log in through your browser.

Is there a refund policy if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you feel GoodX isn’t the right fit for your practice, we’ll refund your first payment, no questions asked.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

We will keep your data active for 30 days so you can export it. After 30 days we will automatically delete your data permanently.

What is the notice period if I want to cancel?

Our subscriptions run month to month with no fixed contracts. We just require one month’s notice to cancel.

What kind of support is included?

You’ll have access to ongoing support, training resources, and a dedicated onboarding team. Feel free to have a look at the following resources: Client Support, Training, Courses, Documentation.

How can I pay for my subscription each month?

You can pay via automatic debit order, Stripe credit card payment or Interac e-Transfer.

Is yearly pricing available?

Yes, we offer annual subscription options. Contact us to discuss discounted rates for yearly commitments.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

Yes, there is a once-off $149.95 admin fee. This covers your initial setup, practice analysis, and includes support, training, and onboarding to ensure a smooth start.
