With GoodX Healthcare, your Dynacare results are imported directly into the patient's electronic record, making them easier to review and manage.

Step-by-Step Setup Process

1. Register for Dynacare eResults

Navigate to the Dynacare eResults portal to access the eResults User Registration form

Enter the “Primary Contact information”

An individual serving as the coordinator or focal point for a Medical organization e.g. doctor, nurse practitioner, clinic manager etc.

Enter “Clinic / Organization Address” and click “Next”

Enter the “Account information”

When completing the registration, select:

• Provider name: GoodX Healthcare
• Software: GoodXWeb

Enter “Account Setup” information

A Medical professional or Client who requires electronic results

• Click “Add”

• If you have more than one medical professional to register, please repeat the above step, selecting “Add” each time. 
• Click “Next”

Accept the terms of service. 

• Click “Submit”

2. Existing Dynacare Users

If you previously received electronic results through another EMR vendor, do not submit a new registration.

Instead, contact Dynacare:  1-866-803-8403 (Option 1)

• They will transfer your existing setup.

3. Adding Another Provider

If your clinic already has Dynacare eResults configured and you're adding another provider:

• Complete the same registration form as above.
• Include your existing Dynacare username in the Comments section.

4. Wait for Your Credentials

Dynacare will process your application and email your practice with:

• Username
• Password

Processing typically takes 3–4 weeks.

GoodX Healthcare is usually copied on this email.

5. Contact GoodX Healthcare

Once you receive your Dynacare credentials, email .

Include:

• Practice name
• Dynacare username
• Copy of the Dynacare email (if available)
